Spark Shock provides financial education programmes for children and teenagers in the Liverpool area. Our services include workshops, courses, family sessions, school partnerships, and online learning materials.

When you submit a booking enquiry through our website, this constitutes an offer to purchase our services. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your booking in writing (including by email).
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit and debit cards. For school partnerships and larger bookings, we may offer payment plans by arrangement.

We reserve the right to cancel programmes due to insufficient enrolment, educator illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.
Our programmes are designed for specific age groups as stated in the service descriptions. Parents or guardians must ensure children are enrolled in age-appropriate programmes.
For all participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent for participation and agree to these terms on their behalf.
Parents or guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special educational needs that may affect participation. We reserve the right to decline or withdraw participation if adequate support cannot be provided.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards educators and other participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the programme, without refund.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and educational materials, is the property of Spark Shock or our licensors and is protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of downloaded materials provided as part of our programmes.
Access to our online courses is granted for personal use only. You may not share login credentials or course materials with others. Doing so will result in termination of access without refund.

The safety of children in our care is our highest priority. All our educators undergo DBS checks and safeguarding training. We have comprehensive safeguarding policies in place, which are available upon request.
We may take photographs or videos during our programmes for promotional purposes. We will always seek consent before using any images featuring identifiable participants. You may withdraw consent at any time.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
